Kelly – Operations Manager

A lifelong resident of Washington, Kelly joined our team eight years ago to take on the role of Operations Manager. In short, she is the glue that keeps our whole operation running. She assists in coordinating signs / lockbox delivery, photographer, stager, collateral, setting up Open Houses & Broker Opens, home inspections, minor repairs and home improvements required for listing & showing properties.


Kim – Client Services Manager

Kim been with us for over 3 years. She works with our Buyers and Sellers assisting them with navigating towards a successful closing on their home or property. Some of the tasks include providing information to the lenders & getting all the information to the title companies all the while negotiating contract items. She has assisted with over 200 closings.

Jenny – Escrow Manager / LPO - First American Title & Escrow

We have worked with Jenny & her staff for over the 12 years. Her ability & knowledge to get the job done properly and on time. Escrow officers are neutral third parties that assist in the variety of tasks that are necessary to the completion of property transactions. They perform tasks that include preparing escrow instructions, holding and disbursing funds, preparing title documents and obtaining parties' signatures on paperwork. Escrow officers facilitate property transactions between parties, usually buyers and sellers of real property. They are responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties that are legally required for the transfer or change in status of personal property or real estate. Jenny and her staff are the best of the best in the business.


Susan – Sr Title Account Manager & LPO – First American Title & Escrow

Susan has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years & has personally closed over 10,000 real estate transactions. From farms, mobile homes, short sales, celebrity homes and traditional real estate. Susan is passionate about helping people and that shows through her work. Susan specialize in leading people through the title process & is also an instructor on Title related subjects. She has seen it all and knows exactly what to do in an situation.


Kyle – Professional Home Inspector, Brick 2 Beam Home Inpsection

Brick 2 Beam is a Washington State Certified and Insured home inspection service. Kyle’s goal is to provide a detailed and complete home inspection for our clients. His standard inspection is an evaluation of the home's visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. He encourages prospective buyers to follow him during the inspection when it is safe to do so. This will allow him to answer any questions you might have, point out important items (shutoff valves, emergency switches) and any issues that may need attention. He is certified in over a dozen additional inspector certifications.


Michelle – Professional Home Stager, ReadySet Staging

Michelle is very knowledgeable in her field (staging & interior design) and recently finished as a finalist of "Rising Star Home Stager of The Year." At ReadySet Staging her goal is to create that “wow moment” for your home so it looks its absolute best for a quick and profitable sale. Michelle wants to exceed your expectations in value, service and design. Staging your home is known to increase your homes value by more than 3.5% while reducing its time on the market. Paul – Professional Photographer & Videographer – Walkthrough Media
We have worked with Paul for over 13 years. Walkthrough Media was founded in 2001 & focuses exclusively on providing high quality, photographic and video based digital media services to the real estate industry. Paul’s goal is to produce beautiful high definition photographs that utilize high dynamic range processing techniques without making them look like they have been overly processed. He uses the latest technologies to present images of exteriors & interior spaces to make them look natural and inviting. When possible, Paul has a FAA commercial drone pilots license, for stunning exterior photos.


Daren - Certified Real Estate Appraiser

Daren is a certified real estate appraiser specializing in the valuation of single family homes, multi-family properties, land, condominiums, new construction, FHA, waterfront, and complex properties. He also work with local accountants, attorneys, and real estate agents to provide valuation appraisals for private parties, estate, and divorce settlements. Daren has been doing this for over 14 years and takes pride in providing quick turnaround times on appraisal assignments combined with thorough & descriptive reports to my clients.
